Video: Cat Runs On The Field During The Red Sox Game And Frightens NESN’s Tom Carron

You never know what you are going to see at a baseball game. During yesterday’s game between the Boston Red Sox and Miami Marlins we may have witnessed an instant classic after a cat ran onto the field and terrorized NESN’s Tom Carron when the cat charged the Red Sox dugout.

With Ceddanne Rafaela’s at-bat in the seventh inning, a cut suddenly ran onto the field and jumped into the stands and gave NESN sideline reporter Tom Caron a scare as it dove into the Red Sox dugout.

NESN commentators Dave O’Brien and Kevin Youkilis truly enjoyed the event from the broadcast booth, making fun of Tom Caron for being afraid of the cat.

“Come on, TC,” Youkilis said. “TC’s acting like that was a lion.”
