Patrick Chung Was Arrested And Charged With Assault And Battery On A Family Member
Former New England Patriots safety Patrick Chung was arrested by Milton police on Monday.
The recently retired safety was charged with assault and battery on a family member, and vandalizing personal property.
Chung is due to be arraigned Tuesday in Quincy District Court.
In 2019, Chung faced a felony charge of cocaine possession after drugs were allegedly found in his home in Meredith, New Hampshire. The charges were conditionally dismissed on Jan. 2020, provided that he committed no misdemeanors or felonies over the next two years, so he could be in some trouble here.
