Jakobi Myers And Other NFL Players Are Giving Adam Schefter Major Backlash For His Insensitive Tweet About Dwayne Haskins Death
New England Patriots receiver Jakobi Meyers is among the many people that very are upset at NFL insider Adam Schefters ignorant tweet about the tragic death of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback this morning. Haskins died after being struck by a car early this morning in Florida. In a now deleted tweet by Adam Schefter, he pointed out Haskins struggles, which is a real dick move given the circumstances. Schefter has a total lack of compassion. He might as well have tweeted out his contract status along with it. Nobody gives a damn about that right now. All Schefter had to do is say what happened. Schefter should be expecting to get a lot of backlash throughout the day.
Schefter originally posted..
“Dwayne Haskins, a standout at Ohio State before struggling to catch on with Washington and Pittsburgh in the NFL, died this morning when he got hit by a car in South Florida, per his agent Cedric Saunders. Haskins would have turned 25 years old on May 3,”
