Former NFL QB/WR Terrell Pryor Wants A Chance To Play For The Patriots

Terrelle Pryor is hoping to return to the NFL and would love a chance to play for the Patriots or Steelers. The versatile Pryor was once the top rated player in the nation coming out of high school. After being drafted out of Ohio State, Pryor entered the league as a quarterback but eventually switched to wide receiver. Pryor also owns the NFL record for the longest touchdown run by a quarterback, and is a very gifted athlete. Pryor had a breakout season with the Cleveland Browns in 2016 when he had 77 receptions for 1,007 yards and 4 touchdowns, but he has been troubled with injuries since then, and legal troubles after he almost died from stab wounds last year.

“Those two are very intriguing,” Pryor said. “Especially Cam. I’ve been a big fan of him throughout the years, And, obviously, Big Ben, that’s my hometown of Pittsburgh, so that’s just two teams that I really want to play for.”

He added: “I can still play. And, I can still make plays and dominate. I know that.”

Pryor hasn’t appeared in more than nine games since 2017. Bill Belichick loves these kind of multi dimensional players though, and at 6’4 he could be worth a tryout if they can get him cheap.
