Video: Myles Garrett Rips Mason Rudolph’s Helmet Off And Smashes Him On The Head
This was one of the most disturbing football fights I have ever seen. In the final minute of the Browns and Steelers broke out a vicious fight broke out after what appeared to be a late hit resulting in Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett tearing Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph’s helmet off and smashing him in the head with it. Rudolph did not appreciate the way he was brought down after the play was over and may have provoked the fight as it appears he was yanking at his helmet but there was no excuse for Garrett to do what he did. Some are calling for a multi game suspension but the truth is Garrett belongs in prison for this for assault and battery with a deadly weapon as well as a lifetime ban from the NFL. There is no place in the game for that kind of behavior, but don’t count on Roger Goodell to do the right thing.
There are sure to be multiple suspensions after that one. Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey was also seen curb stomping Myles Garrett after they brought him to the ground.

Full Baker Mayfield postgame. Good, honest take on the fly. Didn’t pull any punches on Myles Garrett. pic.twitter.com/DSi3NqGaLQ

I don’t want to come off as that old guy who yells at a cloud, but I just don’t see how the NFL doesn’t suspend Myles Garrett for a full year. If you really care about player safety and you went out of your way to suspend Burfict, you need to be harsh here pic.twitter.com/KuqcoPlnk4
