Video: Marcus Jones Scores TD On His 1st Career Offensive Play
Bill belichick knows all too well going up against the high-powered Buffalo Bills, the Patriots are going to have to get creative with their offense tonight if they’re going to find a way to beat them.
Enter rookie cornerback/kick returner Marcus Jones, who quickly became a fan favorite after adramatic punt return in the final seconds to beat the New York Jets a couple weeks ago.
Jones had never played an offensive snap in the NFL prior to tonight. Mac Jones threw a quick pass to Jones that he took to the house for a 48-yard touchdown and a 7-3 Patriots lead.
