Video: Gronk’s Big Announcement Was A Major Letdown For Anyone Holding Out Hope For A Comeback
Gronk’s “Big Announcement” should end the months of drama that have followed his retirement announcement. After months of ridiculous speculation and teasing it has all come down to nothing more than Gronk hosting a Super Bowl party. Not exactly the kind of exciting announcement the Patriots fan base was looking for. Now that this is finally out of the way, the rumors can be put to rest, at least until the off-season.
“I may not be playing the game this year, but I will still be going to Miami and I’m going to be debuting my very own music festival and its Gronk Beach,” Gronkowski said. “I mean, you can’t ask for any other situation that better than that. Bring some wildness, some fun, to bring a music festival to Miami and not just on top of Miami, at the Super Bowl. It’s really never been done like that before.”
The big announcement is….. @gronk will be hosting a beach party in Miami on Saturday February 1st, a day before the Super Bowl. Gronk Beach will be set at the North Beach Bandshell between 1 p.m.-7 p.m. Tickets go on sale Thursday at https://t.co/87di0IX0Xe starting at $149.99 pic.twitter.com/yLEjtKBjo1
