Video: Franchy Cordero Smacks A Walk Off Grand Slam In Extra Innings For The Win
Franchy Cordero whipped the Fenway crowd into an absolute frenzy when he came up with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 10th inning. Franchy proceeded to crush a walk off grand slam off of Seattle Mariners pitcher Andres Munoz for the Red Sox 5th win in a row, and a 4 game sweep.
After the Red Sox tied the game, 4-4, in the bottom of the 10th, the Red Sox loaded the bases.
Cordero crushed a 419 foot grand slam to right field and into the Mariners’ bullpen to give the Red Sox the 8-4 win
