Video: Devin McCourty Returns A Blocked Field Goal At The End Of The First Half To Give Pats A 28-0 Lead
All 3 phases of the game have been clicking for the Patriots so far today against the Los Angeles Chargers. Cam Newton scored a couple of touchdowns on the ground, while the defense has held the Chargers scoreless. The Patriots special teams have really shown up in this game, starting with a Gunner Olszewski 70 yard punt return for a touchdown. Gunner had one take away last week on a terrible chop block call.
The Patriots closed out the half with a field goal block where Devin McCourty picked it up and ran in for a touchdown to give the Pats a commanding 28-0 lead at halftime.
