Video: Devin McCourty Had A Touching Tribute For James White After Picking Off Russell Wilson
Devin McCourty had a touching tribute to James White after he picked off Russel Wilson, and returned it for a touchdown on Seattle’s first possesion of the game. White received horrible news before tonight’s game against the Seattle Seahawks. White’s parents were involved in a car crash, with his father, Tyrone, dying in the accident. White’s mother, remains hospitalized and in critical condition.
White is inactive for the game but is staying at the team hotel instead of immediately flying back to Florida ather Robert Kraft offered him a lift.
White was clearly on the Patriots mind and Devin McCourty gave him a tribute after picking off Russell Wilson and returning it for a 43 yard touchdown. McCourty let White know they are all thinking about him by saying “Two. Eight. We love you, bro. We love you.”
