Tom Brady Says He Still Has More To Prove In A Thank You Note To Patriots Fans
Any talk of Tom Brady retiring can be put to rest after Tom Brady’s latest thank you note to Patriots fans. There will be plenty of speculation over the months ahead unless the Patriots and Brady get together soon to reach a new contract agreement. For the first time in his career, Brady could be an unrestricted free agent.
Brady thanked Patriots fans and the entire Kraft organization at Gillette Stadium saying, “you dont always win. You can, however, learn from that failure, pick yourself up with great enthusiasm, and place yourself in the arena again. And that’s right where you will find me. Because I know I still have more to prove.”
Earlier this week, New England owner Robert Kraft told Peter King that it’s his “hope and prayer” that Brady either returns to the Patriots or retires.
Willie McGinest on if he thinks this is the end of Tom Brady with the Patriots:
“I’m going to say no. But there are a lot of things that need to line up… I don't think the hometown discount is going to happen any more… He wants to win. He definitely wants to play football.” pic.twitter.com/o3IBwQebJ0
