Tom Brady Is Headed To An NFL Record 10th Superbowl
Twenty years ago on a Sunday early in the fall a relatively unknown backup named Tom Brady was forced into action after New England Patriots starting QB Drew Bledsoe suffered a life threatening injury. At that time, nobody would have guessed that Tom Brady would ever lead a team to the Super Bowl, never mind the fact that he would eventually carry the Patriots to 9 Super Bowls and winning six of them. Nobody in their right mind would have predicted that Brady would still be playing at 43 years old and lead another team to the Superbowl but here we are.
With the 31-26 win the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be the first home team in Super Bowl history. Tom Brady finished with 280 passing yards along with 3 touchdowns. Brady has been to the Superbowl more times than any franchise other than the New England Patriots who have been to 11.
My goodness. Tom Brady is NOT PLAYING AROUND. pic.twitter.com/UHwGtU3Yrb
