This Banned T-Mobile Super Bowl Ad Featuring Tom Brady & Gronk Would Not Have Gone Over Well With Patriots Fans

Super Bowl commercials have been a major part of the game over the years, with humor being a the driving force. People normally talk about the commercials for days, but the one the latest banned T-Mobile commercial would be the equivalent of setting arson to the Boston sports talk radio airwaves.

Tom Brady is known for as being as funny on the field as he is off with his numerous social media posts. Tom is always good for a laugh but this commercial obviously crosses a line that would piss off a lot of New Englanders.

The theme of the banned commercial is Gronk calling Tom up and talking him into leaving the Patriots for a warmer climate, a theory that is already embedded into many Pats fans. The NFL probably did T-Mobile a service by shutting this commercial down or they may have lost a few customers in the New England area.

All joking aside, one thing is clear, Tom Brady may have a future in comedy once he hangs up his cleats. As bad as this one hurt to view, it is hard not to laugh.
