The Patriots re-sign Ben Watson
The Patriots have re-signed tight end Ben Watson in an effort to strengthen one of their weak spots. Watson’s was cut just last week but apparently Belichick had a change of heart.
Watson’s is an upgrade in the passing game over Matt LaCosse and Ryan Izzo even at the age of 38. The injury to Fullback Jakob Johnson cleared a spot for the vet to re-sign with the team.
