Suspect Wanted For Decapitating A Statue Of Tom Brady Outside A Local Restaurant
Police are looking for a man that decapitated a statue of Tom Brady outside a sports bar in Abington.
According to the restaurant owner, a man was in D’Ann’s Sports & Entertainment with a group of people on Friday Nov. 1st. After the group left, the man was seen on surveillance footage ripping the head off the Brady statue and leaving it on the ground.
The incident was reported to police Tuesday, the owner said.
The damage is estimated to cost $3,400 or $6,000 to replace the statue all together, the proprietor said.
Not a good way to make friends around here. There are plenty of other acts of vandalism that can be reported and go unnoticed, but this is an act of high treason to Patriots fans.
It's a lifesize generic statue that's colored to represent tom Brady pic.twitter.com/wro3U6xTzI
