Patriots Re-Sign Devin McCourty For 2 Years And $23 Million
Patriots re-signed S Devin McCourty to a two-year, $23 million contract.
This should allow McCourty, to finish out his career alongside his brother in New England. McCourty intercepted five passes in 2019 and graded out as Pro Football Focus’ No. 13 safety out of 92 players. McCourty still has plenty left and is a great veteran presence in the Patriots locker room. Now all eyes will be on what happens next with Tom Brady.
The #Patriots are giving safety and team leader Devin McCourty a 2-year deal worth $23M, sources say. He gets $17M guaranteed – keeping him in New England for his career and allowing him to play with his brother again.
