Patriots Have Signed Their Top Draft Pick Kyle Dugger
The New England Patriots have signed rookie safety, Kyle Dugger to a contract, making them the first team in the NFL to sig all their draft picks this offseason. The Patriots cleared cap space earlier in the day by signing Patrick Chung to a 3-year extension. Dugger who is an unknown to most football fans, completely dominated Division II at Lenoir-Rhyne, and was New England’s top pick in this year’s draft (37th overall).
