Michael Felger Claims Bill Belichick Won’t Like Cam Newton Celebrating But He Couldn’t Be More Wrong
Controvertial Boston sports radio host, Michael Felger made himself look like an ass on the airwaves last night. This time Felger was complaining about what the Patriots would do about preventing Cam Newton from celebrating big plays. Newton, is known for showing his emotions on the field with his famous Supermman pose. The answer is Bill Belichick will do absolutely nothing to stop it, and will in fact encourage it.
Felger told his co-host Tony Massarotti that Bill Belichick will put a stop to Cam’s celebrations and that is part of what makes the Patriots so great. Felger didn’t do enough digging to see how Belichick really feels about celebrations.
Here is what Felger had to say about the way the Patriots will handle Newton.

Unfortunately for him this is the complete opposite of how Bill Belichick feels. Belichick sees celebrations as a form of intimidation and enthusiasm and will absolutely love Cam Newton for it. Perhaps Felger missed the last 2 decades of Patriots football where celebrating has been encouraged. He clearly missed this episode of “A Football Life” where Belichick destroys everything Felger believes.
I don't think Bill Belichick is going to have a problem with Cam Newton having fun playing football and celebrating big plays. pic.twitter.com/yK9ua00p5X
