Matthew Judon says he wants to retire with the Patriots

Pro Bowl linebacker Matthew Judon has become the face of the defense, and a post dynasty era fan favorite. Judon has also become an important member to the community, and if he gets his way he would like to remain in Foxborough for the rest of his career.

Since Judon joined the Patriots as an unrestricted free agent in 2021, Judon has become one of the most feared pass-rushers in the NFL with 13.5 sacks last season. He was voted to the Pro Bowl in each of his first two seasons in New England.

Judon shared his thoughts about what is important to him going forward.

“I’m finding stuff like this, and just making it home,” said Judon, via ESPN’s Mike Reiss. “Trying to be more part of the community. I honestly never want to leave; that’s not my intent, forever. I want to retire here.”

That is great news for Pats fans, and I am sure the feeling is mutual.
