It’s Tacko Time! The Celtics Have Officially Signed Tacko Fall
Celtics fans finally got their wish and the Celtics just got a little taller by signing the largest player in NBA history. Fall has an absolutely ridiculous 8’2″ wingspan on his 7’7″ frame, giving him a 10’3″ standing reach. The guy can dunk without jumping at all. Fall is certainly going to be a work in progress but an intriguing one. The 7-foot-7, 310-pound center played four seasons for the University of Central Florida. He averaged 11.1 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game for the Knights during the 2018-19 season.
During the summer league fans quickly fell in love with the prospects of bringing Fall to Boston. He will be a work in progress but could have enormous upside once he spends more time with the Celtics coaches.
The Celtics also signed guards Tremont Waters and Max Strus to two-way contracts along with Javonte Green.
