Tom Brady worked extremely hard and is obviously taking pride in his 1,000 yards rushing. He wasn’t about to give it away after it took him 18 seasons to get there.
After reaching the 1,000 yard milestone during Sunday’s game against the Vikings, Brady faced one problem. Up 14 with one play remaining, a kneel down would result in a one-yard loss.
Brady did something you don’t normally see by kneeling forward with the lead intact. Brady crawled under his centers legs as much as he could to down the ball at the original line of scrimmage to negate any loss of yardage.
