Peyton Manning Takes Another Cheap Shot At Tom Brady And Is Earning Respect From Patriots Fans
I never thought I would have a soft spot for Peyton Manning, but he continues to jab away at Tom Brady, for leaving New England, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Manning, trolled Brady, last week about playing somewhere where Tom is not liked very much, like Boston. Today Peyton took it a few steps further at their golf tournament.
Peyton Manning let Tom know who he would have liked to bring as his caddy:
“It’s hard to get to Tom. Do you bring Eli? Could do that. Do you bring Nick Foles? Maybe.”
Brady: “That’s a cheap shot!”
Peyton: “I’m thinking Belichick.”
Manning’s first two choices brought back horrible memories but naming Belichick is an absolute stinger. The battle is being wage and Brady would later fire back, but the line is becoming blurred for who Patriots fans are cheering for to win the tournament.
