Mookie Betts helps homeless just hours after Game 2

Boston Red Sox superstar and most likely AL MVP winner Mookie Betts went 3-for-4 and scored a run in Boston’s victory over the Dodgers in Game 2 of the World Series on last night, but what he did a few hours after was even better.

Former Sox second baseman and current Boston sports radio host, Lou Merloni, shared this photo detailing Betts’ postgame activities to a group of homeless people.

Mookie is an MVP on and off the field. A class act all the way and his thoughtfulness and efforts bring hope to humanity.
