Kyle Van Noy Says Wild Card Weekend Is The Perfect Time To Start The Patriots Revenge Tour

This obviously isn’t the way anyone would have drawn it up, but if the Patriots are going to return to the Super Bowl they will have to face their toughest challenge yet. Patriots linebacker, Kyle Van Noy says this is the perfect time to kick off the revenge tour. The Patriots lost the last time they faced the Tennessee Titans during the 2018 regular season, and will get the opportunity to advance if they take them out on Saturday night. If they do advance the road is expected to continually get more perilous, as the Pats would move on to a date with Kansas City in Arrowhead stadium. Should they make it through there are no guarantees, but they would most likely have to head back to Baltimore to take on a high powered Ravens team and the likely league MVP Lamar Jackson.

The situation is far from perfect. Nobody expected the Patriots to lay an egg at home against the Dolphins on Sunday, but here we are. Maybe this is the wakeup call this team needs. The playoffs are a different animal, and nobody has more experience in the history of the league than this team. Expectations are low, and the Patriots are hearing doubt from the fans and media. If there was ever a time for them to turn the corner it is now. It may not look good on paper, but you should never count the Patriots out until they are officially eliminated. Doing the impossible has become habitual for this franchise.
