The Patriots are currently in talks to bring back former linebacker Jamie Collins who was famously exiled to Cleveland in the middle of the 2016 season. Collins hasn’t drawn much interest since he was released by the Browns. He’s entering his age-30 season and hasn’t been that effective since he looked like a potential star in the making with the Patriots. Collins dealt with injuries in 2017 but played all 16 games last season. New England drafted Collins with the 52nd overall pick in the 2013 draft.
While the #Jets are subtracting, the #Patriots are adding: New England is in talks with free agent LB Jamie Collins that would bring the former 2nd round pick back to the team that made him a star. They traded him in 2016, likely bring him back in 2019.
